Who We Are
In 2020, we helped a full-time missionary in Uganda share their story with the world. As we partnered with impact-driven people across the globe—from Uganda to Pakistan—we saw how many visionary leaders were missing the visibility they deserved. That realization became our mission, and we’ve been building ever since.

What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll turn strategy into scroll-stopping stories for our internal sprints and client campaigns by editing:
Short-form content (Reels, Shorts)
Long-form content (YouTube videos, webinars, podcasts, commercials)
Motion content for launches and paid campaigns
Talking-head pieces with sharp pacing, clean text hierarchy, and retention-minded hooks
Branded deliverables (intros/outros, lower thirds, bumpers, thumbnail iterations)
You’ll work from clear creative briefs in Microsoft Planner, collaborate in Microsoft Teams, and sync with our team across time zones. You’ll follow brand voice + CTA flow, self-QA with our checklist, and ship on deadline with polish.
You’re a Great Fit If You
Have a clean, modern editing style and a conversion-first mindset (hooks, pacing, payoff)
Can translate a strategy brief into a tight, on-brand narrative, without over-editing
Are fluent in subtitles/captions, sound design, transitions, B-roll, and on-screen text
Understand platform specs and retention patterns for IG/TikTok/YouTube
Organize timelines, assets, and exports like a pro (naming conventions matter here)
Communicate clearly and take feedback fast
Can work EST hours or with consistent overlap
Tools & Experience
2–4+ years editing (agency, brand, or freelance)
Adobe Premiere (or Final Cut), plus basics in color/audio cleanup
Bonus: After Effects/motion graphics, podcast repurposing, ad-style editing, or simple animation

The Details
Standard working hours are 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM WAT.
As a sprint-based agency, there may be times where projects require short-term flexibility outside normal hours. We value balance, but we also value ownership and follow-through when it matters most.
